Funeral services were held at the Gaudian Funeral Home in Pallina, November 10 for Mrs. Mat Marx, 92, of Granville, who died at the Orange City Nursing Home November 8.

Services were conducted by the Rev. Robert Hickman and burial was in Prairie View Cemetery.

Mrs. Marx was born November 3, 1881 at Vinton. She moved to Paullina with her family as a girl. She was married to Mat Marx at Sioux City on August 18, 1920, and since her marriage had resided in Granville.

Survivors include the widower and several nieces and nephews.
