Funeral Service was held Wednesday at the First Reformed Church of Hull for Marinus Bomgaars, 75, who passed away at the Sioux Center Hospital. Rev. N. Rozeboom officiated and burial was in Hope cemetery under the direction Kraai and Van Etten Funeral Home.

Survivors include two sons and two daughters, Arie of Orange City Roy of Rock Valley, Celia Mrs. Gerrit Miersma of Hull, Margaret, Mrs. Wessel Riessen of Sheldon. Sixteen grandchildren, One brother John of Orange City one sister Nellie , Mrs. Pete Verrips of Sioux Center. His wife Anna nee De Jong preceded him in death three years ago.

Note: His parents were Arie M. and Cornelia (De Bruin) Bomgaars.
