Hattie the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Kuiper (Kuipers) passed away Tuesday afternoon after a seven weeks illness at the age of twenty one months. The little one contracted pneumonia and had almost fully recovered when spinal meningitis set in and for some weeks it seemed as if the little one would recover but on Tuesday she suddenly passed away.

The funeral was held Thursday from the house and the remains laid to rest in Nassau township cemetery. The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of all.

(This child is believe to be the daughter of Isaac Kuipers 1870-1915 and Elizabeth Kuipers 1884. See the obit of Isaac Kuipers for more information on the family. She is believe to have had one brother, Richard born about 1906)
