Mrs. Henry Cole
Mrs. Henry Cole, 94, of Hawarden, died Monday in the Hawarden Hospital.
Services were at 1:30p.m. Thursday in the Associated Church. The Rev. Heston Milligan officiated. Burial was in the Grace Hill Cemetery. A prayer service was held at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Dow Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cole, the former Lura Smith, was born Jan. 1, 1883 in rural Hawarden. She married March 12, 1924 at Hawarden. Mr Cole died May 6, 1932. Mrs. Cole was a member of the Associated Church, the sewing circle and women's fellowship and the Hawarden Women's Club.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. James ( Carye) Hamilton of Hawarden.
