Funeral services were held May 23, for Henry Van Oort of Matlock, who passed away early Monday morning, May 21, at the age of 67, from acute leukemia.

Surviving are his widow Nillie(Van Iperen) Van Oort; four sons, Gene, Sylvester, Harold and Glenn, three daughters, Lois, Delores (Mrs. Rensink) of Hospers and Dena (Mrs. Kuiper) of Canton, two sisters, Mrs. Fred Wilts and Mrs. George Urban of the Sheldon vicinity and three brothers, Wayne of Oregan, Herman of Archer and John of Fulda, Minnesota.
