Nellie M. Teiedman, 84, of Hull died on Saturday October 21, at Hegg Memorial Hospital in Rock Valley. Services will be at St. Paul Lutheran church in Hull today, Tuesday at 2.p.m. with the Rev Robert K. Fedde officiating.

Mrs. Tiedman was born on Dec. 5, 1910, at Hull the daughter of William Carl and Wilhelmina “Minnie” (Meyn) Dickman,\. She grew up in Hull area and married William J. Tiedeman on Sep. 18, 1929 in Lyon County. The couple farmed in the Boyden and Hull in Nov. 1966. He died in Sep 1987. Mrs. Tiedeman was a life-time member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church

She was active in the Helping Hand Society and Ladies Aid Historian. She was a former member of the church choir. She enjoyed sewing and quilting

Survivors include three daughters and their husband. Evelyn and Bernie Bakker and Eldoris and Art Dykstra, all of Hull and Shirley and Lanny Winter of Boyden; two sons and their wives, Donald and Ann of Hull Delmar and Martia of Lake Benton, Minn; a nephew, who made his home with her, Donald Dickmann of Hull; 22 grandchildren 56 great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; two great- great grandchildren and a sister, Erma Vagts of Boyden.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law Wayne Kruse; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren. A sister and four brothers; and a step brother.
