William J. Tiedman , 82, of Hull died Thursday September 24, in a Rock Valley Hospital. Services were at 2 p.m. Satirday September 26 at St. Paul Lutheran Church of rural Hull. The Rev. William Lewis officiated. Burial was in in St. Paul Lutheran Cemtery.

Mrs. Tiedeman was born Feb. 8, 1905, at Hull. On September 18, 1929, he married Nellie Dickman in Lyon County. The copule farmed at Boyden until 1943 when they moved to a farm mear Hull. In 1966 they retired into Hull. Mr. Teideman was a lifetime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife; two sons Donald of Hull and Delmar of Lake Benton, Minn.; three daughters Evelyn Bakker and Eldoris Dykstra, both of Hull, and Shirley Winters of Boyden; a sister, Matilda Sohl of Hull; two brothers, Edward of Sibley and Vernon of Hull; 22 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren
