Hawarden Independent June 21, 1984

Arthur T. Vander Hamm, 88, of Ireton died Thursday in the Hawarden Hospital.

Services were at 1:30pm Saturday in the Dow Funeral Home in Ireton. The Rev Robert Schwander officiated. Burial was in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.

Mr. Vander Hamm was born Sept. 10, 1895, in Ireton. He was a lifelong area farmer.

Survivors include nephews and nieces.
