Mrs. Fullerton Rites Wednesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Mont Fullerton, 76, who died Sunday moring at the Panska Nursing home after a long illness, were held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Barnard Funeral home, Rev. Wm. Sebring officiating. Burial was at Pleasant Hill cemetery at Ireton.

Maude Mae Scott was born near Palmer, Ill., February 15, 1884, a daughter of Addie and A. L. Scott and as a small child came to Iowa with her parents.

She married Mont Fullerton on June 6, 1906 and lived on a farm in the Ireton area until their retirement to Hawarden 17 years ago with the exception of four years spent in North Dakota.

Preceding her in death were her husband in August, 1957; also two daughters and a son.

Survivors include a daughter, Fern, Mrs. Hellmuth Schwiesow Of Hawarden; a son, Harley, of Ha-warden; one brother, Frank Scott of Hawarden; two grandsons, and five great grandchildren.

Poster's note: In the 1925 Iowa census, the Fullertons were living in Portland Township, Plymouth County. Maude gave her mother's maiden name as Mary Jones.
