Anna Van Ommen, 90, died Thursday, January 17, 1991, in Valley Manor Nursing Home, Rock Valley, Iowa.

Anna Kroon was born February 18, 1900, in Hull, Iowa. On February 7, 1919, she married John Van Ommen in Hull. They farmed near Larchwood until his death, April 9, 1960. She moved to Valley Manor in June, 1990.

Survivors include one son, John, Alvord, Iowa; one daughter, Gertrude Van Ommen, Larchwood; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Bert Kroon, Sioux Center, Iowa; and one sister, Mrs. Jennie Korthals, Hills, Minnesota.

Services were held at 1:30 P. M. Monday in the community center, Lester, Iowa. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery, Rock Rapids, Iowa. Porter Funeral Home, Rock Valley was in charge of arrangements.
