Mrs. Dick Tiemersma, 65, passed away at her home in Orange City Friday noon. Although she had been ailing for some time, death came quite unexpectedly. Mrs. Anna Tiemersma nee Vander Kooi was born in Friesland, the Netherlands and came to America with her parents when she was four years old. She leaves a daughter Margaret who lived with her, two sisters, Mrs. Neal Grifhorst of Orange City, and Mrs. Rena Hansen of Sioux City; two brothers Peter Vander Kooi of Hinton and Nic Vander Kooi of Orange City. Her husband preceded her in death three years ago.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon at the Van Etten Funeral Home and at the First Christian Reformed Church with Rev. A. Dusseljee officiating. Interment was made in the local cemetery.
