Art Vande Pol of Hull passed away early Monday morning, June 22 at his home after a lingering illness at the age of 72 years and one month.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 24 from Kraai Funeral Chapel and First Christian Reformed Church of Hull. Rev. Gysbert J. Rosenboom officiated.

Burial was Hope Cemetery. Mr. Vande Pol was born at Nunspeet, Netherlands and was married to Margriet Baker in 1925.

Surviving are his wife, three daughters and a son, Mrs. Marvin Vander Wilt and Mrs. Wm Van Surksum of Hull. Mrs. Bill Baartman and Ed Vande Pol of Sioux Center. 11 grandchildren, a brother Peter Vande Pol of Edgerton, Minn., a sister Mrs. Dries Fransma of Hills, Minn.

He was preceded in death by one brother, John Vande Pol and one sister Mrs. John Mouw, his parents and one grandchild.
