Katie Marie DeZeeuw, 2 month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay DeZeeuw of Spencer, died Thursday in a Sioux City hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Hope Reformed Church at Spencer. The Rev. Al Moss will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery under the direction of the Baumgarten Funeral Home.
The infant was born Sept. 25, 1981, in Spencer to Jay and Mary DeZeeuw.
Survivors include the parents; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John DeZeeuw of Hull; maternal grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Harold Hammerstrom of Orange City and great-grandparents, Mrs. Henrietta Duistermars of Hull and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hammerstrom of Lennox S.D. as well as many friends and relatives.
