HOSPERS — Funeral services were held on Friday in the Christian. Reformed church at Hospers for Mrs. Sam Pott, 77, who passed away on Tuesday at her home after suffering a stroke. Rev. C. R. Veenstra, pastor of the church, officiated.

Mrs. Pott was born May 5, 1883, in the Netherlands and came to this country in 1906. She was married to Sander Pott, March 4, 1909, in Hospers. They have resided in Hospers ever since.

Survivors include the widower, a son Peter of Sheldon, five daughters. Mrs. Ralph Stuit of Hospers, Mrs. Henry Cuperus of Hull, Mrs. John Modderman of Princeburg, Minnesota, Mrs. G. Byker of Rock Rapids and Mrs. Harold Menning of Orange City, 15 grandchildren, 1 greatgrandchild and a brother and sister in the Netherlands.
