Very sad was the funeral service Saturday afternoon of Wesley Taylor, the four year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Taylor. The little fellow had been sick with bowel and heart trouble for two or three weeks. Everything was done apparently that could be done, but all to no avail. The sadly bereaved parents have the sympathy of the entire community. Rev. Mr. Jackson, the pastor of the family, had charge of the funeral and preached a very comforting and tender message. The little body was laid to rest in Ireton cemetery.
