Mrs. Nic Jungers died at her home near Hospers Saturday morning at two o'clock. She had been in poor health for the past five years but was only bedfast for three days. Deceased was born at Decatur Wisconsin in 1856 and was forty eight years and seven months-old. Her maiden name was Madelina Sanem and she was married to Nicholas Jungers who survives her twenty nine years ago.

They came to Hospers at once and located on a piece of wild prairie which they developed into a fine farm.

Eleven children were born to them of whom all are living except, one girl. The boys are Peter, Louis, John, Dominick, Joseph and Edward. The girls are Mary, Anna, Katie and Lena. The funeral was held from St. Anthony's church at nine-thirty Monday and was largely attended. Deceased was a kind mother and loving wife and highly esteemed by all who knew her and a host of friends join the sorrowing husband and children in sympathy.
