From Alton Democrat of Oct 1, 1904 Granville news.

William the ten months old son of Dr. and Mrs. Ream died at Pender Nebraska where they were visiting Wednesday from inflammation of the bowels. The bereaved parents in the loss of their first born have te sympathy of this community.
