Margaret Vanden Bosch

Margaret Vanden Bosch, 83, of Rock Valley died Tuesday in the Rock Valley Hospital.

Services were at 10:30 Saturday in the First Christian Reformed Church in Rock Valley.

The Rev. Roger Bultman officiated. Burial was in the Valley View Cemetery.

Mrs. Vanden Bosch, the former Marparet Lems, was born Jan. 31,1900, in rural Rock Valley. She married Lane T. Vanden Bosch Dec. 22,1921, in Rock Valley.

They farmed in the Rock Valley area until 1966 when they retired and moved into town.

She was a lifelong member of the First Christian Reformed Church.

Survivors include her husband; five sons, Tom of Sioux Falls, S.D., Bert and Art, both of Doon, Mike of Sioux Center and Floyd of Worthington, Minn.; four daughters, Mrs. George (Tillie) Dorhout of Orange City, Mrs. George (Grace) Harney of Vienna, Va., Mrs. Roger (Esther) Cleveringa of Rock Valley, Mrs. John (Lanora) DeWit of Doon, two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Van Kekerix of Rock Valley and Mrs. Hilda Faber of Wyoming, Mich.; 42 grandchildren and 63 great-grandchildren.
