Wilhelmina "Minnie" Bonestroo, 96, of Hull died on Tuesday, March 25, at Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull.

Services were at First Reformed Church in Hull, with the Rev. Verlyn Boone officiating. Burial was at Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Bonestroo was born on November 18, 1900, in Hull, the daughter of Henry & Gertrude Korthals.

She married Egbert Herman "Bert" Bonestroo on February 4, 1919, in Hull. He died on February 9, 1978 in Sheldon.

She lived her entire life in the Hull-Perkins area and became a resident of Pleasant Acres in October, 1984.

Mrs. Bonestroo was a member of First Reformed Church, where she was active in a circle, and the American Legion Auxiliary in Hull.

Survivors include four sons and their wives, Fred & Clara of Sheldon; Gerald & Gertrude, and Thomas A. & Betty, all of Hull, and Leonard & Henrietta of Boyden; a daughter, Albertha Rozeboom of Sioux Falls; four daughters-in-law, Ellen Blom, Anne Bonestroo and Agnes Bonestroo, all of Hull, and Frances Oldenkamp of Doon; 38 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five sons, Egbert, Henry, Benjamin, Alvin and Edward in infancy; a son-in-law, Herman Rozeboom; a daughter-in-law, Nellie Bonestroo; three grandchildren; a great grandchild; six brothers, Gerrit, Fred, Maas, Lane, Ed and Henry Korthals; and two sisters, Effie De Boer and Kate Vanden Oever.
