Minnie Dykstra, 94, of Sheldon died Friday Nov. 6, in a hospital at Sheldon. Service were at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the First Christian Reformed Church at Sheldon. The Rev. Jermome Julien officiated. Burial was in the Fairmount Cemetery at Denver, Colo., under direction of the Andringa Funeral Home of Sheldon.

Mrs. Dykstra, the former Minnie Ter Maat, was born Dec. 25, 1896 at Orange City where she lived her youth. She married Dick Dykstra in 1917 at Sanborn. They made their home at Sanborn for five years before moving to Denver. Mr. Dykstra died in 1937 in Denver. She entered the Christian Retirement Home in Sheldon in 1980.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Richard (Tillie) LaFleur and Mrs. John (Dorothy) Reppert both of Denver, Mrs. Steve (Berdene) DeJager of Sheldon, Mrs. Frank (Gertrude) Meeman of Coopersville, Mich., and Mrs. Lewis (Janice) Van Timmeren of Jenison, Mich. ; one son John of Englewood, NJ., 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one brother, the Rev. C.G. Ter Maat of Sioux Center
