Jennie Vander Veen, 90, of Sioux Center died Saturday, February 15. at Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull. Services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday. February 18, at Memorial Funeral Home In Sioux Center with the Rev. Ralph Pontier officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center.

Jennie Vander Veen was born February 27, 1901. in Lupton. Kansas. In her youth the family moved to the Orange City and Sioux Center area. She attended Sioux Center Christian School. She was a member of First Christian Reformed Church in Orange City for many years.

Survivors include a sister-in-law. Clazlna Vander Veen of Sheldon; one nephew;, and two nieces.
