Canton, SD - Reginald Bolding, 78, Canton died Thursday at his farm near Larchwood, Iowa in a tractor accident.

Services were held Monday at Anderson Funeral Home, Canton. The Rev. Ray Jones officiated. Burial in Forest Hill Cemetery west of Canton.

Mr. Bolding was born Sept. 13, 1905 near Inwood, Iowa. He graduated from Inwood schools.

He married Josephine Erickson in 1925, near Beresford, SD. She died in 1928. He married Evelyn Hansen, April 9, 1931, at Boyden, Iowa. She died July 23, 1980.

He farmed near Inwood until 1949 when he moved to a farm near Larchwood, Iowa. In 1975, he moved to Canton.

Survivors include a daughter; Eloise Scott, Miami; a son, Terry Bolding, Larchwood; two sisters, Vera Gatje, Sioux Falls,, and Marjorie DePriest, Hartford; and two grandsons, Robert Viereck, Garretson, and Richard Viereck, Canton, whom they raised, and four great grandchildren.
