Adrianna De Weerd April 15, 1907—August 13, 1997

Adrianna De Weerd, 90, of Orange City died Wednesday. August 13, at Orange City Municipal Hospital. Services were Friday at Calvary Christian Reformed Church In Orange City with the Rev. Jack Gray officiating. Burial was at West Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. De Weerd was born on April 15, 1907, In Orange City, the daughter of William Maas and Fannie (Granstra) Van Peursem. She wasraised in Orange City.
On June 27, 1930, she married Teunis "Tony" De Weerd. The couple farmed south of Orange City. He died July 25. 1974, in Orange City. She moved to Orange City and, in July 1994, became a resident of Pioneer Memorial Home.
She was a member of Calvary Christian Reformed Church and participated In Harmony Workers In earlier years.

Survivors include a son and his wife, Harold and Bernlce De Weerd of Delavan, Wisconsin; a daughter and her husband, Phyllis and Wesley De Kock of Orange City; five grandchildren, Sheryl and Lori De Weerd and Scott. Brian and Kelly De Kock; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, the Rev. William Van Peursem of Ontario, California.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Barbara De Weerd; two infant grandchildren; three brother; and three sisters.
