Mother of Mrs. Achterhof Dies Here Sunday

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. today (Thursday) from the First Christian Reformed church of Rock Valley for Mrs. Adrianna Van Otterloo, 63, who passed away at the Sioux Center Community hospital Sunday, June 22, following a brief illness.

Rev.C. Huisson and Rev. A. A. Dykstra will officiate at the services. Burial will be made in Valley View cemetery. Arrangements were made by Mr. Wm. de Bruyn.

Mrs. Van Otterloo, nee, Adrianna Noteboom, was born in Emmerich, Germany, September 21, 1894. She came to America in 1900 and settled in Orange City. Later she moved to a farm near Middleburg.

She was married to John G. Van Otterloo October 20, 1915, at Rock Valley. To this union two children were born, a daughter, Jean (Mrs. L. W. Achterhof) of Sioux Center and son, Gerrit, of Clearwater, Fla.

Besides her husband and two children, she is survived by eight grandchildren.
