Wm. Forgie Dies

News was received here Wednesday of the death in Glendale, Calif. May 13, of William Forgie, well known Sioux Center contractor. Mr. Forgie had not been feeling well and it is thought he was the victim of a heart attack. His widow is the former Miss Elsie Born, for many years nurse in the Dr. William Maris office in Sioux Center.

Forgie Dies in Calif. Wednes.

Friends here were shocked Wednesday to hear of the death of Bill Forgie, who passed away at his home in California following a heart attack. Wilbur Maris sent a telegram to his parents, Dr. and Mrs. Wm. Maris, stating that he had died shortly after 12 Wednesday, May 13th.

Mr. Forgie was very well known in this community having lived here for a good many years. He was in the contracting business and had a wide acquaintance all through the state.

According to reports late Wed. eve. burial will take place on Sat. or Monday in California.

Survivors include his wife, the former Elsie Borne, whom he married on May 10th, 1941. The News extends deepest sympathy to Mrs. Forgie.
