The sad intelligence comes from Odebolt that Mrs. Hutton, wife of our former school superintendent, is very ill. A child was born to these good people recently and died soon after birth. They have the sympathy of Alton people.
(This was a child of T. B. Hutton who was superintendent of the Alton School a short time)
