A YOUNG LIFE TAKEN AWAY
Margaret Ann Cammock Passed Away at Her Home Saturday

The home of Mr. and Mrs. David Cammock was deeply saddened last Saturday by the death of their daughter, Margaret Ann, aged 15 years and 9 months, after an illness of about six weeks. She was first taken ill with diphtheria which was followed by pneumonia, and in her weakened physical condition she was unable to overcome the ravages of the disease.

The funeral was held Monday afternoon, Rev. A. M. McIntosh, pastor of the Presbyterian church, conducting the services. On account of the quarantine regulations the services were held on the lawn in front of the home.

Margaret Ann lived all her young life in Hawarden. She was a sweet, lovable child, and won the affection of many besides those of the home circle. She was a pupil in the public schools and will be greatly missed by her classmates. She leaves to mourn her death, her father and mother, three brothers and two sisters. The brothers are Frederick, Thos. J. and Henry, all of Hawarden, and the sisters are Mrs. Harry C. Brown of Ireton and Sarah who resides at home. The sympathy of everyone is extended to the bereaved relatives in their hour of sorrow.
