A few years later they moved onto a farm in Union county, five miles southwest of Hawarden, where she grew to womanhood. She was united in marriage to Frank H Dunham, March 27, 1884. Most of their married life was spent on a farm near Elk Point, moving to the present home southwest of Hawarden a couple years ago.

Her husband, three sons and a daughter are left to mourn the lost of a loving wife and a most kind , tender and devoted mother. Funeral services were conducted at the home Sunday afternoon by Rev. J.R. Lindvloom of Big Spring, and the remains were laid to rest in Mt. Hope Cemetery southwest of Chatsworth
