Henry Dunham Commits Suicide in Minneapolis
Financial Reverses Cause Him to Do the Deed --Leaves Wife and Three Children

Word was received here today that Henry C. Dunham had taken his own life at his home in Minneapolis at five o’clock Tuesday evening. Financial reverse caused him to commit the awful deed. He went to the basement of the flat in which they lived and fired a revolver bullet in to his brain and was found by his wife shortly after the act had been committed. The blow was dreadful one to her.

He leaves a wife and three children, the youngest a son about two months old. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. T.H. Dunham and his invalid mother still lives on the farm south of this city. That the act was presented was shown in a letter to his wife found upon his person. The body will be sent to Hawarden for interment in the family lot in Grace Hill Cemetery
