ADR1ANUS LANGSTRAAT
Adrianus "Ed" Langstraat, 90, of Carmel died Saturday, June 26 in a nursing home at Hull. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Carmel Reformed Church. The Rev
Virgil Dykstra officiated. Burial was in the Carmel Cemetery under the direction of the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.

Mr. Langstraat was born March 5, 1892, in the Netherlands and came to the United States at the age of 10, He attended school and lived his youth in the Rock Valley and Carmel area and later farmed in the Carmel area. He entered Pleasant Acres Nursing Home at Hull in 1972. Mr. Langstraat was a member of the Carmel Reformed Church and was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Jane Draayer of Sioux Center and Mrs. Nellie Cuperus of Hull
