Hawarden Independent, July 17, 1919

Mrs. Glenn Davis died at her home at LeMars, Saturday morning. When her husband left the house for work in the morning she was apparently as well as usual but when the family returned at noon they found her dead. She had been an invalid for about ten years. She was a daughter of Dr. & Mrs. A. H. Mosher and was born in Ireton, Jan. 28, 1884. She grew to womanhood here and on June 5, 1902, was united in marriage with Glenn G. Davis. They resided here for a year and then moved to LeMars where they have since made their home. Besides her husband she leaves three sons, aged 16, 13 and 11 years. She is also survived by her parents who now reside at Bronson, MO, and by two sisters, Mrs. Harry G. Fox and Mrs. Everett G. Tripp, both of Sioux City. The funeral was held Monday afternoon and interment was made at LeMars.
