Amy Moore
Amy Moore, 97, Rock Valley, died Monday, August 28, 1989 in Valley Manor Nursing Home.
Amy Bellesfield was born April 14, 1892, in Rock Valley. She worked as a Linotype operator at the Rock Valley Bee and other newspapers. She moved to the nursing home in 1977.
Survivors include one son, Charles Ortman, Minneapolis; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 30 in Porter Funeral Home, Rock Valley with burial in the Valley View Cemetery.
