Obituary Mrs. Mary Moore
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Moore 83, were held at the home of John Nebben in Rock Valley on Tuesday at one O'clock and at the Congragational church in Doon at 2:00 with Rev. M. L. Jones Officiating. She died Friday afternoon, Oct 6, 1960 at the home of her daughter Mrs. Nebben with whom she had made her home the past ten years. Burial was beside her husband in the Doon cemetery.

Mary Caroline Klein, daughter of Christoph and Emile Klein was born April 17, 1867 at Leland Wisc. In March 1887, the family settled on a farm near Doon.

She married Edward C. Moore March 31, 1895 of Doon and to this union four children were born, George of Lennox, SD., Myrtle Mrs. John Nebben, and Walter Moore of Rock Valley and Clifton of Doon who survive.
She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 geat grandchildren and one brother Oscar Klein at Big
Bear City, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband who died on October 16, 1940 and by
seven, brothers and three sisters.
Pallbearers were Elmer Hawkins, Ivan Klein, Clarence Klein, Albert Klein, Loren Klein and Emil Vogel, nephews of the deceased.
A large number of relatives and friends from Rock Valley attended the funeral.
