SIOUX CENTER, Iowa - Bonnie Lynn Matuika, 27, of Omaha, formerly of Sioux Center, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, in Omaha. Services will be 10 a.m. today at Ambassadors Worship Center in Omaha. Graveside services will be 4 p.m. today in Hope Cemetery, Hull, Iowa.
There will be a reception at 5 p.m. today at Hope Christian Reformed Church in Hull.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heafey-Hoffman- Dworak- Cutler West Center Chapel in Omaha.
Bonnie was born Nov. 27, 1979, in Sioux Center.
Survivors include her husband, Michael J. Matuika of Omaha; her parents, John and Sheryl Kooiker of Boyden, Iowa; her siblings and spouses, Sam and Jennifer Kooiker and their children, Abbie, Elbe and Aubrianna of Rapid City, S.D., Jolly and Myron Dekkers and their children, Edyn and Madeira of Hawarden, Iowa, and Ben and Cathy Kooiker of Alton, Iowa; her grandparents, Emery and Juanita Eklund of Miltonvale, Kan.; Michael's parents, Bernard and Marianne Matuika of David City, Neb.; and Michael's sister, Ann Marie Matuika of Wayne, Neb.
