G. ORMEL.
G. Ormel, 84, passed away at the the De Bey hospital Tuesday, March 21, at 5 o'clock a.m. from flu and old age complications. Mr. Ormel was born in The Netherlands and upon his arrival in America he settled at Baldwin, Wisconsin. After the death of his wife he came to Sioux county and lived with Jacob Ver Meer and the H. and G. Huitink families. When the Pioneer Home was established at Orange City he took up his residence there. Mr. Ormel was a man with strong Christian principles and had a cheerful, friendly disposition. Funeral services will he held Thursday at the Pioneer Home at 1:30 o'clock and at 2 o'clock at the First Reformed church with the Rev. Mr. H. Colenbrander officiating. The body will be taken to Baldwin, Wis., for burial
