OBITUARY - Mrs. Versteeg's Sufferiages are Our.
Mrs. K. Versteeg came to America from the Netherlands while yet a child. She was married to K. Versteeg March 21, 1866. They came to Sioux County thirty-two years ago and lived on a farm northwest of Orange City. A few years ago they moved to town, but of late they made their home with their daughter, Mrs. Wm. Sterrenburg, where Mr. Versteeg died last May and Mrs. Versteeg on January 24. The children are: N. Versteeg and Mrs. S. Tinklenburg, of Edgerton, Minn., Mrs. W. Sterrenburg, Diek Versteeg, Mrs. P. De Cook, Mrs. G. Van Marrel, John and Dingeman Versteeg of Orange City. Two sisters at Pella, one brother at Alton and two brothers in Colorado.
The Funeral took place Wednesday afternoon at the First Reformed church, conducted by Rev. Englesman.
