Viola Hennrich
Viola H. Hennrich, 89, of Sioux City, IA, died on Monday, October 26, 1992, at Indian Hills Care Center after a short illness. She was a former Maurice teacher. Services were held on Friday afternoon, October 30, 1992, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sioux City, the Reverend Joan Mau officiating. Burial was in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Ireton, IA, under the direction of the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Miss Hennrich was born January 30, 1903, at Maurice. She attended Bethany College at Mankato, MN; graduated from the University of Northern Iowa at Cedar Falls; and attended the University of Iowa.

She taught school at Maurice, Spencer, IA, and Mason City, IA. She went to Sioux City in 1968 and made her home with her mother until her mother's death in 1982.Miss Hennrich was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and PEO.

Survivors include a sister, Esthe Gorman of Sioux City; a niece, Lynne Wetzel of Sioux City; three nephews, Tom Keough of San Diego, Ca, John Schilling of Ashland, PA, and Bill Shilling of La Place, PA; numerous grandnieces and nephews; and great-grandnieces and nephews.
