Hull - Jeanette DeWild, 79, of Hull died Aug. 10, 1986 at a Sioux Center hospital.

The former Jeanette Dykstra was born March 14, 1907, at Mora, Minn. Her family moved to Doon when she was a child. She later moved to Hull where she attended Western Christian High School. She was married to John A. DeWild on Feb. 12, 1930, at Hull. The couple lived at Hull until 1937 when they moved to a farm near Hull. Mr. DeWild died May 9, 1971 at Hull.

Mrs. DeWild was a member of the First Reformed Church and the Martha Circle of Reformed Church Women.

Survivors include a daughter, Carol (Mrs. Wilfred) Meyer of Hull and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, August 12, at the First Reformed Church at Hull. Pastor Gerald Vander Velde and Pastor Henry J. Vermeer officiated. Interment was at Hope Cemetery under the direction of the Kraai-Oolman Funeral Home of Hull.
