Ann Kamennan, 75, of Sioux Center, IA, died Wednesday, December 23, 1998, at Northwest Iowa Health Center in Sheldon, IA. She was born to Tunis & Dena (Zeutenhorst) Jansen on November 11, 1923, at Sioux Center, IA. She received her education at the Sioux Center Country
School. Ann married Art Kamerman in Sioux Center, IA on February 7, 1945. She worked at the Oelrich Hospital in Sioux Center from 1940 to 1943. Ann also worked at the Sioux Center Community Hospital for 15 years. Ann was a member of the First Reformed Church where she was part of Naomi Circle. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, and sharing her baked goods with family & friends.
Survivors include: her husband; five children: Harlan & wife Norma, Donna, Dave & wife Mary, Rob and wife Lori all of Sioux Center, & Ruth and husband Dave Hoyler of Amarillo, TX; 11 grandchildren; one great grandchild; seven sisters: Cora Broek, Bernice DeVos, & Thelma Van Zee all of Sioux Center, Hennina Uittenbogaard of Boyden, IA, Muriel Van Otterloo of Orange City, IA, Harriet Tesch of Hull, IA, Gordie Miltenberger of Sioux City, IA; two brothers: Ed Jansen of Sioux Center & Cornie Jansen of Rock Valley. She was preceded in death by her
parents and one sister (Gerdena).
