Amelia, the little eight year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nic Henrich, died last Tuesday morning after a brief illness. The funeral was held from the residence in the evening, conducted by Rev. Father Brune, interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
The little daughter's constitution had always been frail and delicate, and the constant care and attention that she had occasioned her parents, greatly attached her to them. Another
little daughter is also quite ill. The many friends of Mr, aud Mrs. Henrich, deeply sympathize with them in the sorrow which has overtaken them.
(She was the daughter of nicholas Henrich b. 13 Sept 1863 France and Gertrude Kass 1866 - 19 Feb 1964, both buried St. Mary's Cemetery Alton IA. Amelia was born 1890 died 23 May 1899. She had the following brothers and sisters as recorded in her mother's obituary - Mrs. Wayne Ker (Dora) b. 1899; Mrs. Ray Lubbenhusen (Josephine) b. 1897; Mrs. Joseph List (Elizabeth) b. 1892; a son Wilfred born 1900 died in 1962 Alton; Two daughters died young - Amelia and Anna F. 1894-10 Jun 1899; a son died as an infant in 1898.)
