Bert Engelsman,73,son of Mr. and Mrs. Dick(Mary Guichellar)Engelsman passed away Wednesday May, 1991 at the Marian Health Center, Sioux City, Iowa. He was born November 13, 1917 in Prairie View, Kansas. He married Cora "Billie" Klein March 5, 1947 in Sioux Center, Iowa. He owned and operated the Boyden Repair Shop for 35 years retiring in 1980.

Bert was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church, Sheldon and served on the consistory for 12 years. He served on the city council of Boyden for a number of years and was a veteran of World War II.

Survivores include his wife "Billie", one son Dan and his wife Cathy, of Sheldon; one daughter Debra Foster of Kingman Azizona; four grandchildren, Jessica, Angela, Daniel and Gregory; 1 sister. Mrs. Mae De Witt of Phpoenix, Arizona; 1 brother, John Engelsman of Prairie View, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Mrs. Grace Katsand one brother Tenis
