Receive Word of Bart Reijnders Death in Holland

Word was received here last Saturday of the sudden death of Mr. Bart Reijnders, who had left for Holland on December 2. He was visiting with his sister at Varik, The Netherlands.

Bart Reijnders was born in The Netherlands on November 23, 1880. He and his sister were left orphans when both were infants. He came to the United States in 1910 and worked on farms near here and later in mason work.

He returned to the Netherlands in 1924 for a short visit. He came back to Rock Valley in the same year and lived here until the day he left for Holland in December.

He is survived by his sister, Mrs. A. Van Aalst of Vardik [Varik], Holland, his sister's husband, a nephew and a niece. Burial was made on December 28 in Varik.
