William M. Donovan
December 2, 1953 - October 15, 2011
Mr. William Donovan, age 57, of Orange City, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2011, at the Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City.

William Michael was born on December 2, 1953, in Addison, Illinois, the son of Charles Leonard "Lenny" and Bernice (Wick) Donovan. He was raised in Illinois, where he graduated from high school.
He lived in Phoenix, Arizona, San Diego, California, and for a short time in New Mexico. He moved to Orange City about two weeks ago.

While in San Diego, "Bill" was an electrician with Paulsen’s Electrical Engineering.

Survivors include his four children, Mandy Diana, and her husband, Carl Long, of De Kalb, Illinois; Charles Leonard Donovan, of Janesville, Wisconsin; Billy Arizona Donovan, and his wife, Aileen, of Orange City; and Colleen Marie Donovan, of San Diego; three grandchildren, Savannah, Sierra, and Brogan Long; three brothers, Daniel, Donald, and James Donovan; two sisters, Kathleen McLaughlin and Patricia Stape; and his two best friends, Bruce Federoff and Kelly Kalish.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Torin Long; a brother, Dennis Donovan, and a sister, Mary Lou Donovan.
