Funeral services were held at the Lebanon Christian Reformed Church Monday, Nov. 16 for William P. Van Velzen, seven month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Van Velzen of Hudson, S.D., who passed away on Nov. 12. He was an only child.

Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Van Velzen; the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Van Velzen of Sioux Falls, S.D. and Mr. and Mrs. John De Leyer of Busby, Alberta, Canada.

Rev. Kenneth Eiten officiated at the service and interment was made in the Hills of Rest Memorial Park in Sioux Falls, S.D.
