Mr. Alexander Buellette (Bulette) died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. E Putnam in this city Monday morning, after a lingering illness of many months. The deceased was eighty six years of age. He leaves one son and two daughters. The funeral services were held here Tuesday Rev. J. Phelan officiating. The remains were then taken to Sheldon for interment.
(From an account found on Ancestry.com Alexander Bulette b. abt 1812 Montreal Can died abt May 1, 1898 Hull IA. He wife was Margrete Miner. Elizabeth Bulette Putnam was his daughter referenced in the death notice. They had several other children Mary 1841-1893, Alex 1842, Autine 1845, Adeline 1850 and Angelina 1852-1941.
Elizabeth was the second wife of Henry Putnam (Patenaude) 1832-1893 died at Hull buried St. Joe’s cem. They had about nine children. )
