Hawarden Independent, June 30, 1955

Graveside services were held Tuesday for Joe, the infant son of Mr. & Mrs. Jack Waddell of Hawarden, in Grace Hill cemetery, with Rev. John C. Thorns officiating. Burial was under the direction of the Barnard Funeral Home.

The baby was born Monday morning at the Hawarden hospital and lived about 10 hours. There are no other children in the family.
