Freddy, the son of Gabriel Krausert, died in the city last Sunday night of that dread disease, diphtheria. He was a bright little boy about seven years of age and all sympathize with the sorrowing relatives.
(From an account on ancestry.com - Frederick born 1883 Sioux county IA, was the son of Gabriel A. Krausert born 20 Aug 1858 Germany and Anna Maria Fuchs 1864-1979, married at alton Nov 22 1882. They had the a large family and moved to the St. Cloud MN area later.)
