Eldon Ray Eilers, 70, died June 25, 2004 at Phoenix, Ariz. Graveside services with military honors was held July 2 at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix.

Eldon Eilers was born July 19, 1933 the son of Clarence & Gladys (Ogden) Eilers. He graduated from Alcester High School in 1951. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Survivors include his wife, Karen; daughters, Traci and Roxanne; stepdaughters, Cory and Kristen; five grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and brothers, Jerry and Dennis.

He was preceded in death by granddaughter, Kristin Pritchard.
