Services were held on Saturday, November 23, 1991, at the Salem Reformed Church in Little Rock,for William R.Leemkuil, age 82. Pastor Brian Hellenga officiated, while arrangements were Bolin Funeral Chapel of Little Rock. Interment was at Pleasant View Cemetery, Little Rock.

William R. Leemkuil was born November 27, 1908 at Hospers, Iowa, the son of Dick and Ella(Timmons) Leemkuil. He attended country school. He married Marcella Van Meeveren on June 2, 1936 at Orange City, Iowa. They farmed near Granville until 1942, when they moved south of Little Rock, Iowa. He was a faithful member of the Salem Reformed Church of Little Rock. They retired to town in 1962, and Marcella died in 1981. The last three years, Bill was a resident of the George Good Samaritan Center, where he died on November 20, 1991, at the age of 82 years 11 months and seven days.

He leaves to cherish his memories, three children: Dwight and wife Beverly Leemkuil of Little Rock; Beverly and husband GordonBolton of Sioux Falls, SD., and Paul and wife Marcia of Rushmore, MN., Nine grandchildren two great grandchildren; one brother Raymond Leemkuil of Hull; one sister Margaret Leemkuil of Sheldon; and many friends
