Robert Fritz, 59, of Ireton, died Nov. 6 in a Sioux City hospital of a long illness. Services were at 10 A.M., Nov. 8 in St. Joseph Catholic Church at Struble. The Rev. Robert Schimmer officiated. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Ireton. The Rosary was said at 8 P.M., Nov. 7 in the Dow Funeral Home at Ireton.

Mr. Fritz was born June 9, 1922, in rural Ireton, and farmed the home place all his working life. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include three aunts, Mrs. Matilda Hennrich of Sioux City, Miss Margaret Geuder of Guttenberg, and Mrs. Ray Lambert of Cincinnati, Ohio and one uncle, Ben Geuder, also of Guttenberg.
